Meet Joseph F., one of our dedicated Senior Brand Managers. He has worked at Kimberly-Clark since December 2020 when he joined as an Assistant Brand Manager.

In just over a year, he was promoted to Brand Manager, and then to his current role of Senior Brand Manager in July 2023. We love to see team members growing and thriving!

Joseph shared with us that one of his biggest accomplishments thus far here at Kimberly-Clark has been his participation in the relaunch of Kleenex® 3-ply bath tissue in October 2022. This was a big project that involved a product upgrade, new claims, new packaging, and new marketing communications, and Joseph and his team were up to the challenge. They embodied our values of having a "play to win" mindset and a "can-do" attitude. They shared ideas, received feedback, and quickly put things into action. And the result? A hugely successful relaunch that we are all proud of.

Joseph follows Kimberly-Clark’s customer centric approach, and when working on a project, always asks himself, "What would the consumers think of this?"

He says that in his current role, he experiences the freedom and flexibility to propose fresh ideas, take on new initiatives, and work with multi-functions across the company. “My managers and team give me 100% trust and freedom to lead a project, and I always keep them in the loop with periodic updates on the progress,” Joseph explains.

But it's not just professional growth that has transformed Joseph's life. He has also experienced care and empathy at work, with his teammates, mentors, and even the manufacturing teams guiding him with a genuine heart and showing him across the various functions and experiences in the company. Joseph has also taken on the role of mentor, helping a new management trainee navigate the company and the industry; “I am currently guiding her in projects, and sharpening her soft skills which will help her in future,” he shares.

Joseph is proud of the employee well-being initiatives at Kimberly-Clark, which he sees as a great example of the company's purpose of creating Better Care for a Better World and loves the trickle-down effect such initiatives have on the employees. “Our products, innovations, and marketing plans are not only focused on the consumers but also in ensuring minimal impact to the future generation and the environment,” Joseph adds.

Looking to the future, Joseph has big dreams for Kimberly-Clark and wants to give back to the company that has been a pivotal contributor to his personal and professional development. He says that Kimberly-Clark’s warm culture is its biggest asset; “We’re performance-driven, we motivate each other to push boundaries, yet everyone here feels like family, and I hope we continue to nurture this environment.”

He hopes to have a solid and long career at Kimberly-Clark and continue being a person with positive values.
