Key responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy & PPA Projects: Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies and Pack Price Architecture (PPA) initiatives across EE & TK markets.

Trade Efficiency & ROI: Establish and scale processes to enhance trade investment returns, including promo analysis and tool enablement.

Data & Reporting: Own data collection and reporting across all RGM levers—price indexes, PPA, mix, commercial terms, promo efficiency, and more.

Tool Development: Build and enhance RGM tools using Power BI, Excel, and in collaboration with DTS teams or third-party providers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive the SBPPC (Strategic Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) framework in close partnership with sales, finance, marketing, and category management.

Product Mix Optimization: Integrate and manage the Mix model across markets, focusing on root cause analysis, forecasting, and actionable planning.

Strategic Contribution: Support the development of long-term RGM and trade strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving growth. You bring proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Strategy. Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with tools like Power BI and Excel. Ability to lead and manage complex projects across multiple markets and cross-functional teams. A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
