Who are you?
- College student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields such as Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or other related disciplines, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages like Python or R. Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Curious and motivated to solve business challenges using data; strong problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Proficiency in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated leadership experience during college.
- For candidates interested in Front-End Development, experience in building scalable digital solutions (web apps, mobile sites, UX/UI) using technologies such as .NET / C# / MVC, HTML5, and frameworks like WCF, Web API, AngularJS, or Bootstrap is required, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
What will you do?
To be an intern in our technology areas, you should have most of the following competencies:
- Supporting the Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM) in managing digital transformation projects
- Applying Agile Product Delivery and Scrum methodologies
- Facilitating coordination and communication between IT and business teams to translate opportunities into technology solutions
- Performing data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python or R
- Assisting in the implementation and management of enterprise technologies such as ERP systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and data platforms
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements across different functions
- Maintaining project documentation and tracking progress using project management tools
- Emphasizing outcome-driven approaches in digital innovation initiatives
- Receiving guidance from mentors and engaging with Kimberly-Clark’s global professional network.
