Field Operation Manager

In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
Excellence execution implementation

Manage the Territory Managers and PGs to deploy; keep tracking and follow up the implementation/execution requirement from the operation guideline for each Account ensure achieve highest efficiency and effective results in customers’ stores
Business development
-
Monitoring and tracking AS and PGs team to deliver the weekly primary and secondary sales achievement; implement correctly all merchandising and display agreed in assigned store per Account follow monthly communication from KA team.
Customer Relation implementation
-
Lead and Coach Territory Managers and PGs team in assigned Account to build good relationship with all relevant level of PIC in store ensure capture all the opportunity of increase primary & secondary sales. Monitoring the competency and KPI and working performance for Supervisor and PGs.
Internal working development
-
Arrange and provide weekly analysis the competitor activities report in detail both mechanic and Trade spending to MT Lead and KAM team.
Talent Development

Provide coaching; guidance and evaluation to team ensure all operation guideline KPI being covered and continuously improve and team working in most passionate and high committed spirit.

University degree

Min 10 years experience in sales of FMCG with at least 3 years in similar roles.

Good in execution implementation

Good in communication & people management

Able to speak and write by English

Good in computer skill (word/excel/PowerPoint)
