In this role, you will:

  • Takes ownership of work assigned and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for applications within the warehouse management business process area.

  • Functional leader of small to medium projects for a specific business capability.  Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.

  • Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to use technology to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand

  • Participates with Business teams/resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.

  • As part of this team, the WMS BA will be responsible for integrating business, information, and technology architecture to create solutions for the relevant business capability area and in some cases, cross capability areas.

  • Focus on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Who you are?

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing domain

  • Responsible for BY WMS modules 2019 (Blue Yonder was JDA in the past, and before that was called Red Prairie) and above with deep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentations

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership

  • Knows how the integration between BY WMS and other supply chain systems like SAP ECC, S/4HANA,TMS or LMS systems can be integrated

  • Led and managed minimum 1 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environment. Nice to have  at least 1 implementation on latest release of BY WMS cloud solution.

  • The candidate should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage project, work with partner resources and deliverables

  • Architect the WMS solution to achieve a defined operation goal, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.

  • Play SMEs for functional areas for the warehouses.

  • Engage with business teams to collect their requirements and configure the Blue Yonder System or share requirements for other team members to configure to support the business needs

  • Language skills: English conversational (intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced)
