Lead strategic marketing planning and execution and drive brand strategy through Amazon and influence the shopper along the path to purchase. Provide marketing and consumer expertise to Amazon to ensure development of integrated business plans to efficiently achieve volume, share and profit objectives. Enhance strategic partnership with Amazon by aligning brand imperatives with customer business models and departmental objectives. Deliver relevant actionable insights, and strong strategic thought leadership.
In this role, you will:

Lead collaboration with Brand, Integrated Marketing Planning, Customer Team and Customer

Develop insights-based programs against key brand objectives that drive shopper engagement along the path to purchase

Proactively leverage new technologies and capabilities to drive shopper engagement via display media, social, search and on-site merchandising

Maximize the brand experience in the customer environment across the Amazon ecosystem

Provide input to help establish objectives for customer specific learning plan

Support customer engagement, joint planning and long term business building sessions

Lead new product and category marketing strategy for K-C Family Care brands to generate profitable annual growth and support equity management

Provide brand development leadership and expertise as expanded member of headquarter- based marketing function

Own scale program planning and execution for the customer

Lead annual shopper marketing plan, budget development and implementation to align brand strategies with customer business models and department strategies; deliver budget at target

Drive successful financial performance for both brand and customer

Strategically allocate funds to maximize investment while activating the levers to drive customer engagement, track and measure program performance

Drive the big brand ideas and create customized shopper marketing opportunities

Primary contact to the customer for all shopper marketing related activities such as: research, insights, and development and execution of shopper marketing plans

Lead strategic partnership opportunities to develop joint marketing programs that drive mutual business goals

Required:

At least 5 years’ experience in consumer promotion, field sales and marketing. Experience should include consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Preferred:

Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Experience working with large retail accounts is preferred.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $174,000 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position is eligible for overtime pay and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
Kimberly-Clark will support in-country relocation for the chosen candidate for the role. The benefits provided will be per the terms of Kimberly-Clark’s applicable mobility policies. The benefits/policy provided will be decided at Kimberly-Clark’s sole discretion.
